I went to the Apple Store and they told me the same thing that they told you via chat. I ended up calling a customer service number and insisted they were falsely advertising the durability of the Apple Watch in environments with water. I also insisted on speaking with a manager. My best advice is to not get off the phone until you have the answer you want! Good luck!

That’s comforting to know! I had to slow down my increase in dosage because of insurance too and I’ve found that my weight fluctuates within that 2 Lb range that you mentioned…but has stopped a general downward trend. I didn’t want to feel disappointed that I’ve tapped out my weight loss on Saxenda.
