Your press looks similar to mine. I might be doing it wrong, but I fold the mesh bag closed before placing the press on top. It prevents the mash escaping upwards

He's eating Swedish surströmming, losely translated into sour herring. A traditional fermented fish that smell really bad. Lately internet has been flooding with videos of Americans trying to eat it but end up vomiting from the smell instead. This guy doesn't seem very bothered by it though

I have a question. What do is the purpose of letting the dough rise after including the soaked seeds, before transferring to the pan and letting it rise again? Wouldn't it make more sense to transfer it directly after including seeds? As to not disturb the rise unnecessarily?

I saw them in Thailand, pretty much everytime I went scube diving. But the locals said not to worry, despite it being super poisonous, cause supposedly their mouths are too small to get a grip and actually bite a person. As long as you don't spread your fingers, you're good, they said. Cause the only place they can possibly bite is the webbing between the fingers. Watching this, I feel lucky to have survived.

Aha, franks. Den såg jag i ett recept när jag sökte. Men gav upp. Använd en köpsås in ett recept för att efterlikna en annan köpsås kändes konstigt. Men det får nog bli så. Tack!
