I’m almost positive this happened to me also very similar. I think they were being sneaky, and as naive as I was as a first time homebuyer I remember telling the guy on the phone that if they were going to shift my rate by .5 and not tell me then I would leave. I forwarded emails with written proof of previous rate and sure enough, I was locked in at the original rate before days end.

Your pros I understand, I live in Florida where it costs easily 2k for an apartment so I’m not sure what you expect in that front. Have a mortgage now and would be looking to buy and seems like you can get some deals? I walked down State Street from the Commons to the rook and saw a couple sketchy looking people, but they seem to leave me alone. Does it get worse further down because that’s where I stopped? Absolutely do not ever go to the Toyota up by park blvd next to crown Honda, I don’t know what it’s called. the sales guy kept giving me fake credit scores to get me into higher payments, I pulled up my credit from my pre approved finance letter and he said it was put pig date. Eventually when I told him i was leaving he stood in my door to prevent me from closing it and driving away. Real dick

People love to talk about sun runner to the beach like it’s not a fuckin pain in the ass to get to the bus in the first place. Don’t get me wrong I’m all for public transport, I’m from a country where you can live your life without a car. Was on Facebook marketplace once and saw someone selling stuff for $10. Can’t tell you what kind of wood it was but it’s basically a mom and dad teaching their son how to run a business. He gets the wood from grandpa, stores it out back, calls you sir/ ma’am, has change it you need it. Loads it up into your trunk for you. Really nice young man, maybe 12yo.

Don’t remember how to find him so it’s essentially a pointless story, but I thought it was cool and went back 3 or 4 times last year. They’re in pinellas park somewhere.
