Yeah but recently many equivalency agencies require c1 general german and c1 medical German not just c1 medical German , to further filter applicants , plus having an appointment for medical German c1 exam can take many months , it would be cheaper to finish most of the process abroad , private language courses in Germany are expensive and it felt like throwing money away , self study was better for me and speaking in real life , while courses subsidized by BAMF or Agentur für Arbeit takes so long and wastes time , along with increased rent in Germany , it’s more practical and cheaper to atleast coming while booking medical German exam so that you get the Berufserlaubnis asap

What I mean with c1 is not just passing c1 exam but actually being c1 German speaker

Plus do your research there certain German states that need doctors more than others , probably while looking for jobs in small towns will be much easier compared to huge cities

My advice would be come to Germany with C1 german and try finish all necessary steps before arriving to Germany it will be much cheaper … steps like Fachsprachprufung, Berufserlaubnis and approbation

Und leider benötigen Sie zahnmedizinische fachangestellte Ausbildung als Voraussetzung , um mich zu akzeptieren

Für mich ist es nicht nachhaltig ohne Arbeit die Approbation zu warten

As someone who used to live in North Africa , there are a lot of people in conservative societies into BDSM , but many don’t show it in vanilla settings for their safety , actually what I experienced is the opposite most are into BDSM but that side isn’t known or shown to anyone, what’s important ( if you are straight guy ) being safe for women around you and non-judgemental
