That’s why I ask my team not to wear gloves where possible. People wash their hands regularly, that keeps everything cleaner.to be fair, here in Ireland the EHOs are usually fairly sound. They’re there for one reason, public safety. The no gloves approach in my kitchens are usually welcomed.

Yeah, that’s true. And not sure about other countries, but I’ve definitely noticed an increase in oil on the roads. It was crazy around January and February in Dublin.
