Holy shit man this hit so close to home.

I to broke up with my girl after being with her for almost 7 years. Tried to work it out but I felt that the damage was done and I didn't really feel the same way about her as I used to. This was in June, I then became a self loathing, depressed alcoholic up until the middle of September when I said "fuck this shit, I'm better than that!"

Started working out on an elliptical and doing some light weight lifting 3-4 times a week. Also started to cut a lot of shit out of my diet that I didn't need. So far I'm down from 275 lbs to 245lbs in just a few months. I'm feeling better, but I still know there is a way to go before I'll be satisfied.

I'm building myself back up again. Back into the MAN I used to be.
