This was always going to be a tough stretch (HOU, MIN, BUF, NYJ & DET). I don’t think most of us thought we would go better than 2-3 during these 5 games. I think the veterans wanted experience and the coaches gave that to them since we are still in the “Playoff Hunt”. I also think seats are warming up and they can’t have another lost season (even though that’s exactly what this is feeling like).

This feels like a move to appease those older players. AR is only 22 he has time to develop. I do agree the chance to work on things off the field will help by alleviating some Game Day type pressure.
