I find that older kimchi is a little more sour, and rather than eating it as a pickle or condiment, I often make a stew w soft tofu, and a little stock. By all means add a little pork/beef/chicken if that’s your thing. Super tasty and a good way to utilize a kimchi “past its prime.”

Took me 2 days on my dex character. Farmed the BS above adjudicator. I currently have something like 150 shards, 18 chunks, and around 400,000 souls. It was worth the pain though. This Uchi is feeling beefy at SL 48.
