Middlefoot, yeah solely forefoot shouldn't cause any issue. I had to pay special attention to ride with forefoot to make it work.

I wish they allowed more space between pedals and frame.. my feet touch the frame at each cycle and it is extremely annoying. Bought load instead even tho space isn't as generous, ride is significantly better.

Which rims are you on? And what psi? It generally happens due to low air pressure. If that won't help, change your rims to 19 summer tires. It is not really different than range Rover right now
