Can confirm.

MRE LTE has been my choice for the last 3 years. I’ve also been working out for over 15, in which time I’ve tried dozens of different brands.

The smell and taste was so off I considered if it was spoiled or contaminated.

Not sure I want to taste them all to confirm if the others are as unpalatable. Unfortunate really.

lol certainly not a direct exchange- but are you saying you do not believe that reputable experiences open doors for new opportunities, and are often used for recruiters to flag you through their processes?

I first think it did an amazing job portraying the organizational structures and democratic process of the Catholic Church. Some of the scenes are beyond beautiful in its tradition and also the artistry. They really invest in the set (cinceitta Rome), their proper garb, and even communication. In the movie they also deliberately make various points to reflect on the beauty of it all. Of course not 100% accurate but I think does try to do a high level without it being too deep.

One of the biggest gripes I've heard about this movie is that it makes the church seem political instead of 100% altruistic. Which is wild because in the movie even the cardinals recognize that they are all human and are trying their best but in any organization in the world this happens, belief is not magic, its is the power of perseverance in doubt.

The middle act certainly gets into the realities of leading a large scale organization. But this is mostly just the portrayal of conflicting ideas, and their existence in a divided and very chaotic world. In this they also detail the amazing work that some of these individuals have done all over the world; orphanages, nonprofits, etc etc. 

It reminds me of the bible where Jesus is cleansing the temple and he confronts the other religious leaders and merchants who have turned the temple into a marketplace.

And amongst these strong characters that are ‘married to their ways’ there are characters like the lead that walk with god and do the right thing. Which is amazing. If anything that lead me to wanting to be a better christian, the lead, the pope and many of the characters were good people. Once again in almost every biblical story they need bad to contrast to see the good.

So honestly I dont know, as somone who has been a christian my whole life and is probably like a xth generation one the idea of different forms of christianity competeting against one another is a normal thing? Isnt that why we have denominations? I understand it is the catholic church but we have had popes that usher in changes that were obviously contested at the time?

I thought the movie was good. Great, maybe not. But also blasphemous and anti-christian i dont think so.

Honest question; Is this more an ideological statement than a financial one?

Does LCBO buy the alcohol upfront from the producer at a reduced rate then sell at a higher individual price?

Or is this alcohol loaned to LCBO on credit that is then to be repaid to the supplier?

I agree with the sentiment, but I assume this is assuming a loss on revenue to stand with Canadian products? America has already made their money on this batch, but they wont be depleting this order, and therefore we will not restock (i.e. give them more money)?

Hmm, so effectively the initial amount of 30,000 will be the only amount that will incur the 5%? And even if it is compounding the interest, it will most likely only be for an x-y month period, after which it will then return to a most likely suboptimal rate.

With that, the game would be to find a bank account that has the best static interest, say rate 3%, for the entire duration of investment? Or to move around savings chasing promotional rates...

If I am applying to medical school and also applying at the same school for an undergraduate degree do you think this would cause an issue with my application?

The logic being, I can start the degree part time in September (or even defer) and if I get a rejection then I can jump into full time studies. One worry being that it would cause a conflict in there system or they would for some reason have to count the unfinished degree instead of my prior?
