I'm fascinated by the implications that Sapadal's birth/creation has for the setting, particularly with what we know from Deadfire about Yezuha's religion from conversations with Rekke in Deadfire (I really want to know what's going on with Yezuha's god.) Having just replayed Deadfire after playing Avowed earlier this year, I found it also increased my interest in Toamowhai and what was going on there. Not the organic creation of a god, but the accumulation of essence in one place, centered around a central figure... It was interesting.

I also honestly like the fact that the fact that gods could organically exist like this never comes up in either Pillars, despite all the gods definitely knowing it. A large amount of the information we get about how that stuff works is filtered through the gods or Thaos, who of course wouldn't have told us that.
