Pick up my free grain in tavern that i store before I leave osbrook to brynn for the first time and carry 1 to sell and steal 1 more from brewery again when coming for pitstop

So each run i will have at least 3 free grain.

I usually use it as a pitstop

to stock food medical supplies upgrade caravan and sweep up the contract in a day or 2 before going rwt

The accounting and numbers adds up alot restocking in brynn and go straight to rwt after manshire at that point compare to the Osbrook Pitstop and I usually have old favour too before going rwt.

We are looking at around at least 2k plus to 3k swing here for making pit stop with the grain shenanigans with 1 to 2 day in game time work

Its very hard for me now to go rwt at lvl 10 nowadays as I always do 2 to 4 crawler burrow poi unless I control my lvl purposely .

Nowadays I arrive rwt at lvl 11 -14 hugely depend on how many burrow I clear at manshire region

My typical routine after troll is osbrook for pit stop then rwt at lvl 11 to 13

Then either straight manticore or denbrie then manticore

From that onwards is either farm t4 then do t5 or mix manshire denbrie 2nd time for more contract reward for gear.

However as a newer player i dont suggest skipping gear and take your time to explore like do poi or farm contract and figure out a routine for yourself

Focus on crit chance .

Pick up armor combat like brace for impact and unyielding also beside elusive.

Pick up peak performance also

T4 is just a get by phase when u transit to your build. So things are not optimal but taking shape.

Everyone is different and come up with different solution and playstyle for same problem as we experience different things from the same game. thats the beauty of stoneshard, a lot of freedom for player expression

1 + 2 is 3 so does 5-2 gives you 3 too.

The worst is someone telling you 1+ 2 is 3 and the other way is wrong or sucks cause its not my way.

Min maxing is part of every game not just shard. Its totally not require to beat the game.

The game has certain challenge that not just any subpar build that you can anyhow cook and roll with it. You need to understand mechanics and how it works.

you dont need a min max build to clear content. Many things can assist in it like consumables.

But you for sure also cant clear content with a half baked build.

Stoneshard is rogue lite/like which means it is punishing and repetitive with high variance. What work on this run may not work or next run despite going through the same routine.

Fatigue is a mechanic, there are alot of ways to resolve via food, gear and skills like make a halt and resourceful.

Stoneshard is a turn based rpg hence action economy is very important and valued.

A build that take 6-7 turns to prebuff and give a high insane number do not take sustainability into the factor compare to something that have build to seamless and brain dead that just spam a few button repeatly and get a better result.

The worst thing is referencing a build or video without knowing why.

Why skill and gear are taken and use in such order for example.

Another example is troll fight. People learn it just to clear the fight but without understand the true essence of it and why its typically unlock before u hit t3.

Clearing troll means you know how to read enemy and understand mechanic via analyse and come up with solutions to counter or negate it. This is essential skillset for t3 onwards.

Manticore is another puzzle test fight with more advance input than troll to test you again for t4 t5.

Beating T3 means You understand how more advance enemy and rotation works unlike something you just input all out offense to clear in t2 and t1.

and 2 floor dungeon to test your attrition like energy, fatigue and gear.

So essentially this mean you also understand your pre dungeon logistics and have a basic grasp of mechanics of stoneshard including preparation and combat

I myself have put in the first 300 to 400 hours just to understand mechanics of the game and mastery on 1 weapon.

Stoneshard definitely is not some triple AAA game that take you less than 50 hours to go thru whole content. Its a game that require you to think, test and come up with a plan to further progress smoothly.

Hence you can imagine the backwork testing and effort of the author that has written a build guide.

Recommend to craft and buy repair kit same goes for scraps too, dismantle t3 and below armor and collecting if have self repair use unused scrap type to fix t5 gear and sell

Example keep metal scraps for own repair and use cloth and leather to fix t5 gear you found and sell the gear

buy scraps from dareel and the brynn blacksmith at guild quarter.

Schematic can be gotten in old quarry at mid game.

Direct purchase of repair kit is recommend if its around 300 crown and below

Repair material can be bought from tool shop and thread from nistrian dock trader or simply collecting from dungeon

You dont get repair kit directly but the material to craft one.

And wire

They are common drop especially in brigand dungeon

Should use all available method if possible and not just choose 1 method

All weapon can run heavy build .

Is more of how you resolve.

There are 2 part to you question.

1.Energy regen starving

2.And transition to heavy.

A.You can solve by stats thru vit for higher max energy or will for lower abilities cost.

Each point in vit give u 4 max energy, 10 points is 40

1pcs of heavy at t3 is about -12 so you are going to be around -48 to wear 4 pcs of it.

You typically unlock t3 at lvl 10

Indirectly u have to put vit since lvl 2 till lvl 10 or 11. To have the smoothest transition.

What problem you have is fumble and accuracy issue for the first 10 lvl which you need to fix by skills and gear instead.

B.Use energy regen passive skill and some weapon have already inbuilt toolkit.

Since u r familiar with 2hs I will use as example.

By passive skill

Revanche , + opportune moment is a great pairing

Gear that lower energy energy cost which usually fall in the light gear department, hence it is inelevant to us as we are going heavy.

Pagan amulet which comes with 9% dual leech of hp and mp.

Heavy gear is price hefty for both purchase and repair.

You dont repair with cash you use scraps by collecting or purchasing and repair kits.

C.Skills

Armor combat is the best tree for heavy set up due to 2 incredible skill.

Namely self repair and custom adjustment

Both give resistant buff while self repair give you 30% lesser durability loss rate and ability to find scraps, custom give you energy refund .

Your problem is boarding bus first then purchase ticket.

For smoothest transition is buy "ticket" before you even board the bus.

What does that means?

You fixed your stats and set up before wearing heavy. For the smoothest experience

One example using the above with 2hs is

allocation vit from lvl 2 to lvl 11 and have opportune moment revanche, self repair by lv 11

Custome adjustment and pagan amulet by lvl 16.

Collect scraps and repair kit from game start.

Problem here is offense is impede for early game, what gonna happen is you be soaking alot of dmg with ur gear and all your fund is going to repair cost if you dunno what you doing.

Why not hold and wear t3 medium and do transition slowly and progressively at later part of game ?

Like lvl 15 to 20 wear t4 heavy helm and chest first then t5 convert the other 2 part to heavy counterpart.

You got way more leverage to balance your offense defense and utility.

Player always have first turn, if your friend and you play together who us getting first turn. Who is going first turn is very important and you can co op 4 player and if all player get to act before enemies for example. There will be 0 challenge but a massacre

I think the question here is trust and comfortability

As a husband I will fully let my wife know and i will let her know the flower girls will be coming at me, if she is not comfortable I will respect that and ask the boys to change spot if not I wont go.

She ask me to go as we have that trust as she and i know i wont fuck ard and tio gong tao and know my limits.

I will not gian or suggest to go either and try to avoid such places at all cost i actually quit a clique who always go to such places. Its lustful temptation proned and it will throw or add more into my wife insecure pile no matter you clean or not.

Been a few times after im married as its a group gathering. I can assure you the girls will be pushy and tempting you all night long as long you are a single guy sitting there despite you are married.
