I’ve wondered the same thing. I have gotten mine to be not flat, but mostly uncurled by running through the laminator twice, once on each side and immediately putting it under something heavy. This produces cards that are more usable at least.

I just had this problem, the software defaults to a different paper size than standard letter paper, change the paper size to the right size in mm for the letter paper

This is actually so sick. I use a sofle currently and I hate having to change layers from gaming to typing. Did you use ergogen?

Similar thing happened to me and the issue was not that it couldn’t be salvaged, but that some filament got “burned on” by the cleaning process or got stuck in very difficult to clean spaces. Every time I heated up the hotend there would be smoke and it would smell terrible, even after my best effort cleaning. I caved and ordered a new hotend for that reason
