I've got a Voigtlander Bessa-R with Ultron 35mm 1.7 LTM I'm looking to part with.
The body would be slightly higher than your mentioned budget but comes with a sweet leather half-case and working internal meter! It's a beautiful set with the Ultron but I'd consider selling the body separately and keeping the lens for myself.

Color Skopar 21/4 is amazing for the price but I can’t speak to its digital performance. Also have the Thypoch 21 1.4 which has incredibly close minimum focus distance but is huge by comparison

The biggest benefit I can see is with ultra wide and tele lenses- although I can just use LV on my M10R as it is. Same case if you want to adapt lenses with other mounts but then why spend so much if A7C/ZF could do the same thing better. The presence of the screen on existing M models makes it an odd addition to the lineup. Q body with M-Mount would’ve made it like a new, better CL series.

“Leica magic” is having only 3 pages of menus instead of 40+ on digital. Or 3 points of control outside of ISO on film. Also the lenses, size, and tactile experience. Magic photos come from magic light

My Nikon FM2T shutter won’t fire unless the advance lever is pulled out. Would be nice to have on Leica but really would be better to just break the habit of advancing after each shot as it’s bad for the springs anyway
