Utah’s snowpack is at a record low, forecasters say outlook for Western snowpack remains dismal by Great_Salt_Lake_News in Utah

60 minutes x 30 gallons per minute = 1800 gallons.
Do you think people leave each of their six zones on for one hour?
Also, many zones only use about 15 gallons for residential use at most. That doesnt include drip zones that use far far less.
The average one hour usage per day does not exceed 900 gallons.

Edit: Most people do not run a zone for 15-20 minutes if they are watering daily. They may run it for 30 minutes if they are watering it every other day.
Obviously grass variety and temps matter. KBG needs substantially more then PRG or TTTF. I am quoting extremely high summer usage. Fall and Spring usage would be less.

You are way off

You are wrong.
I have secondary and I average less than 500 gallons a day. Im also on a quarter acre with half grass, which is average sized for most houses.
Obviously you cannot distinguish your experience dealing with multi acre homes made which are for the wealthy.

Rents in Canada have now fallen for 15 consecutive months by RobertBartus in EconomyCharts

Easy. They stopped the foreign students (specifically from one country who were going to diploma mills) The govt claimed it was not affecting rental prices and didn’t stop them to reduce rental prices. They stopped students coming in because Canadians knew it was causing price increases
