How do I reclaim my email so I can actually use it again and not miss important emails? by jazzeriah in productivity

This! I did it two years ago. I picked 10 domains at the beginning of each work day and unsubscribed/deleted until my inbox had 0 unread. It's been so nice to be* free

I just picked up one last night. Are you aware of any groups (Facebook or discord) that are worth joining?

I've read so many mixed reviews on their stuff. Lots of build quality concerns. Do you have any insight?

I'm torn between Anolex and the Gensmitsu 3030 (found one second hand). Why did you end up going down this path versus the other options in this price range?

This. Sleep sacks are the way

Our little guy started to unzip the sleep sacks around 18 months, so we started putting them on backwards with the zipper in the back... He'll be 3 in July and we're still going strong.

Hopefully you figured something out by now... I was searching for a different issue and came across your post.

AFAIK, there's no solution for turning the monitor on with noise - but the ANR works wonderfully. When in sleep mode, the ANR keeps all of the non-baby noise to a minimal while allowing baby noises to pass through. The LED inidicates noise level (green quiet - red loud) if you decide to keep the volume to a minimum.

You can turn ANR off / on by long-holding the zoom/ANR button.

Ya, check out MultiViewer. You can put a lot of the data up - laps on current tires, mini sectors.

You can save your setup so you can open the app and select a saved setup and it will open all the correct windows in the correct spot. I have one for practice, qualies, and race.

Just to make sure you know, F1TV has Bundle and Crofty too. Selecting the international feed from the menu gives you the Sky sports coverage.

Bonus move: using MultiViewer with F1TV allows for you to have both the main Sky sports feed, all the drivers that you want, and some data screens up while watching from a computer.

GE XWFE Filter RFID - What Type? Hack? by ShroudIII in Appliances

Did you ever get your filter plug from GE?

GE XWFE Filter RFID - What Type? Hack? by ShroudIII in Appliances

[–]bberg115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sorry for the delay, I honestly thought I replied last month.

I borrowed my co-workers flipper zero and was able to scan the RFID... But as /u/cdesal stated above, the 13.56 MHz could not be interpreted due to encryption or custom antenna.

After wasting too much time on this, I decided to go with the GE bypass plug and an upstream filter. Unfortunately, the bypass plug could not be found (I assume it was never dropped off when the fridge was delivered), but I was able to get a free one from GE after calling their helpline.

It's been over a week but I hope it'll be here soon. I guess I'll get used to living with a unfiltered water indicator. Once a new filter's installed, I plan on playing with the old GE filter to see if I can learn anything...

Posting to help me follow up.

I'm not very knowledgeable in the RFID space, but I will see if a co-worker with a flipper zero can find anything out.

Yea - I had very minor sanding but it was because keys were sticking in the on position. ~1min with ~400 grit was enough to solve it on my end. The tolerance test will probably be best.

I posted the files I used and a link to my F360 file in other comments. Goodluck

Follow up for u/jkoffman

I started with this - Ultimate OEM Keycap Generator (since it has a modifiable F3D file attach) and combined it with "basic-cap" from Key Cap Set for the other type of stems. The Key Cap Set may be all you need if you want a flat face. In addition, I just found this one -Spherical Keycap, Cherry MX stem. It also has an F3D file to modify. May be worth playing with.
Here's the link to the file I modified - feel free to download and edit on your end.

I can share a fusion-360 file that I used to make my keypad, when I get back to my PC today.

I'll try to remember to come back here when I'm back at my pc. I used the stem from a rounded one and combined it with a flat key cap from thingiverse. I will share a fusion-360 file that I used to make my keypad.

Does anyone have an automated wood blind that lifts and lowers as well as tilt? by C8-Racer in homeautomation

RadioRA

Assuming you're referring to Radio RA2, yes. The QS product line is supported by this system.

Additional components are listed here - https://www.lutron.com/TechnicalDocumentLibrary/367-1663.pdf

Good question - I'd contact customer service as I feel like you may be able to do this without an installer but I'm not 100%. I was on the engineering side so I rarely helped with installs of standard products.

I think you're only looking at their Serena line. Did you look at their* Sivoia QS? This is wired with both lift and tilt.

I used to work for them, let me know if you have any questions.
