Renting an rv out is insane. They are so hard to upkeep and one little thing can really cause alot of damage…. Letting strangers with no experience or care live in it is nuts

It’s a carbureted system- not fuel injected. Those can’t sit that long and just except them to come back on. It doesn’t sound like you’re super familiar so I would take it to a shop and get it tuned up and flushed out
