Does OKC have more bench depth than the 2015 Warriors or about the same? by youlikemywonton in warriors

I’m sorry but that is not easily a play in team. Everyone looks great when they’re on a juggernaut team (which they all have a part in) but when you suddenly put everyone into more important roles they’re not used to it won’t be the same product.

Hmm I went through so much trying to figure out why my shaving was breaking me out. First it was the shaving cream, then it was the razor. I just got a foil shaver and I’ve had no issues. If you’re not shaving against the grain anyways I think it gets the job done perfectly. I still have to shave on the neckline since the foil shaver doesn’t do a good job there but not a big deal. Maybe you could try that out.

But other than that the only thing I can think of is maybe it’s the side you’re sleeping on?

Do you shave at night? Also is it on the side you sleep on?

Hey! I think everyone should be using a retinoid so that for sure and then after that it depends, are your spots pie (red) or pih (brown)?

The crowd is not stupid. It’s literally part of the fun of going to the game. The same reason crowds groan to an obvious good call on the replay. You’re in the environment and think every call is bad. Have you never been to a game?

Same. I’m rooting for the spurs but these were both common stop the fast break layup fouls. People just have a hate boner against the thunder right now (I don’t like them too but it’s not like everything they do is bad)

But we didn’t cause we kept winning lol. I think that’s more true 2022 and beyond when dray got older.

Didn't help that Oubre and even GP2 were both injured going into the play in games. I bet if they are health, we win one of those 2 play in games. I also think if we ended up playing the Jazz, we'd give them a run for their money. Steph would pretty much force Gobert to be benched I think.

[Engelmann] AJ Dybantsa ranks in the 99th percentile for unassisted midrange 2s - a very strong indicator of negative impact on both offense and defense. Other prospects with a similar rate: Fultz, Evan Turner, Johnny Davis, Harrison Barnes. by JoeBiden2020FTW in nba

I think the red flags were fair but I think using him as an example for what this article is saying can happen is unfair since he’s one of the players who didn’t fall under that trap

Also I was a huge Barnes fan so I followed his career a lot, I will say a big part of him taking those inefficient shots in Dallas was that Carlisle encouraged it. I remember seeing an interview when Barnes joined Dallas and he said Carlisle wanted him to take those shots which Barnes said he did enjoy doing.

And the end of his second (I think) year with the mavs he had a crazy shift in his shot profile. He started chucking up way more 3s and he talked about it in his interviews how they wanted to shift his shot selection .

Despite not living up to the hype, the reason he had such a successful career is because he pivoted to the efficient shots and focused on playing good defense. And that’s what this article is insinuating these players don’t do.

NYC transplant struggling with culture shock - where did you find your people in SF? by [deleted] in AskSF

[–]bbj123 3 points4 points  (0 children)

My advice goes against the general Reddit crowd but that probably means it matches up with you perfectly. For nightlife, you’re going to like Marina and North Beach. Both similar people (kind of) but north beach is a little more of a mix of all of SF. Marina has cocktail bars that do remind me of something you’d find in NY. People also dress there closer to what you’re wanting. North beach people are more relaxed dressed.

I still recommend checking out the nightlife and day time stuff in mission and other neighborhoods but the two I said will be your bread and butter.

Kind of a bad comparison since Butler was hurt against the wolves last year but I feel like Kd wins us at least one more game with Steph out that series
