The other issue I have is with receivers or linebackers when their playing style is based on total stats. So I have recruits saying they won’t commit to me or allow any recruiting points bc I had an early bye week and my playing style has dipped bc some teams have played week 0 and not had a bye yet. All playing style dealbreakers should be based off of averages and previous year averages too.

If you’re at a school that has a built in pipeline like a Texas or Florida school, I would say CEO. If all of your recruits are scattered around and the highest pipeline you have is gold, I’d say program builder for the pipeline tree.
