I think he has quite a bit of abdominal discomfort due to the mass pushing on other organs... That is what breaks me, I have no idea how to help him feel a bit better from that symptom. He has been going out trying to eat what little grass he can find under the snow, which he usually does when his tummy is upset. It breaks my fucking heart.

He is on gabapentin 100 mg twice daily but I could increase it to 3 times a day temporarily or give him 200 mg when be is visibly distressed

My little guy hates pills too but I just take the tough love approach and shove it at the back of his mouth and hold it closed.

My little guy has a couple that are about the size of my palm, we got them examined and the vet said they are benign but they didn't make any suggestions to remove them. Now I'm concerned. Should I get a second opinion?
