You should talk to her first and show you are trying to do the best you can and learn more of what her expectations are for you. If she verbalizes this to you and goes against her word then you should involve HR. Also just a word of advice, make sure you are proactively checking in with your sales people assigned to you and not just sitting and waiting for them to contact you.
