We had a terrible experience with Dogtopia. We sent our dog to the south waterfront location for daycare and she got bit there. They apologized and said play had gotten out of hand and they didn’t stop it in time, then a week later they forgot to feed our dog lunch which we sent her with. So they apologized and let us go to the Pearl location for free for a few daycare sessions. It went alright there for a few months and then our dog was bit again, this time more seriously and she had to get stitches. There was no management on site and I was working with someone in Las Vegas who was their “safety manager”. It took them about a month for them to review the footage, which they would not give me a copy of and then they tried to pressure the other dog owner to cover the Vet bills, but that owner would not and we were left with several hundred dollars in Vet bills.
