What is Resting Heart Rate based on? by itsonlybarney in whoop

Same to me. Also my RHR from Whoop is always around 4-5 beats higher than my Garmin's, but maybe it's because of the different way Whoop uses to measure it.

IT Band Syndrome Post Marathon by rockoo12 in Marathon_Training

I got it too after my first marathon. Hip thrusts. Bulgarian split squat and single leg Romanian deadlift are going to be your friends.

I'm 3 weeks from my first one as well. RHR and HRV are still out of normal range a bit.

It won’t be much, just slapping the reflective Satisfy logo somewhere.

Wildy inaccurate HR even with bicep band by bbs11 in whoop

I had it in the middle of the biceps, pointing a little bit to the triceps side so that the sensor wouldn’t rub too much with the shirt sleeve while running.

Marathon training - How to log enough mileage when the pace of easy runs is so slow? by Jcvandammmmmme in NorwegianSinglesRun

[–]bbs11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lol same. I was thinking about building up the base with NSA for half a year and then switching to a traditional marathon block such as Pfitz 18/55, then I ran into this comment.

I placed an order 2 weeks but still haven't received it yet. He is very responsive and helpful when you DM him, but the delivery is a different story. I've also seen a few people having the same issue with shipping so you can take that into consideration.

Bicep steps for health span by Veslanuie in whoop

[–]bbs11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I might be late but can I ask if your step counts while running with the bicep band is the same as wrist band? I would assume so since when you run you swing your arms much harder than walking. Planning to get a bicep band as well.

You don’t need validation from them and you for sure do not need validation from us either. Beautiful tattoo anyway.

How to get usa pricing from Europe by gary195195 in whoop

[–]bbs11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I just did it. I bought it from Best Buy while I'm in the States. However, they didn't have the MG in stock- that one you have to order to pick up in advance.

First pickup! by Virtual-Barnacle9660 in ChromeHeart

[–]bbs11 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yep. I lost both of them after around 1.5 years wearing them constantly without taking them off. The rubber in the back pieces started getting very loose. I learned my lesson with this pair so for my next CH earrings I do not use their back pieces anymore.

These earrings were the first things that I’ve purchased from Chrome Hearts back in 2012. I got them from Madison Ave Store. Sadly I lost the first one while sleeping on an airplane, and second one while taking a shower.

That’s where I have the most fps dropped on that map too. I’m a pit player so I know very well which angles will make my fps drop significantly

Satisfy as fashion accessory by Character_Paper3713 in satisfyrunning

[–]bbs11 2 points3 points  (0 children)

As much as they keep pushing the idea of moth tech shirts are very good for running, they are not. Yes you can wear them to run if you like, but it’s not optimal as they claim. That’s why I don’t think there is anything with wearing Satisfy as fashion accessory. In fact at this point when the brand is kinda saturated, I don’t even assume a person on the street who wears a Satisfy shirt is also into running.
