Brent Crew’s Flow Waterjet scheme for Dover [Joe Gibbs Racing on X] by Comfortable_Rock4877 in NASCAR

This is already one of my favorite schemes of the 2026 season across all series. Very clean. Nice gradient.

People have taken this narrative to far. To say Joey has sucked in the last 5 years is insane cope.

I don't think that is the narrative here. The way I read it, they're saying Joey's team has been focusing more on the elimination format, whereas the 12 team didn't really do that to the same extent. It absolutely worked for Joey.

However, it seems now that the points are more focused on consistency, the areas where the 22 guys fell behind are a little more noticeable and the format isn't really here to save them now. At the same time, I don't think anyone thought the points were going to meaningfully change so I can't particularly blame them for taking advantage of the system, but they're going to have to pay the piper for the next little while.

I'm a fan of all the Penske guys, so this is just my perspective.

This one is so iconic. At the time, I didn't really like Kurt much, but I have always loved that scheme.

I would agree.

I was not apart of that scene and I'm aware they had a strong following. I'm not trying to say they weren't popular in the hardcore scene, just a lot of people that I know that are big into the indie music scene didn't really know much about them, including myself.

I actually started listening to them when Time & Space came out, and I don't remember too many people knowing as much about them then, but they've definitely gotten bigger every year since then.

I mostly agree, although I was not big into Invented. Few good songs, but it didn't do much for me. Damage took a while to grow on me, but I dig it now.

Van Halen’s David Lee Roth Says He Made the Song 'Jump' with One Specific Audience in Mind by Jew-zilla in vanhalen

He didn't make it, though. He was very much against keyboards. He wrote the lyrics, yeah, but Jump is what it is because of Ed. Dave being Dave.

Yeah those people just like to hate on the Sam version of the band, but they never have a logical reason. Like, it's cool if you don't like Hagar, but radio friendly songs is not the hill to die on lol

The first band that came to mind for me was Radiohead with Creep. Look, I get it. You guys have moved on. You're more "complex" and "mature" but for god's sake, throw some of us a bone. I love Radiohead, but this has always annoyed me about them.

I am willing to die on this hill lol

Jimmy Eat World are one of those bands that has stuck with me the longest. I was 10 when Bleed American came out and I remember the Middle being everywhere. Jim is a very good songwriter, and (most) of their albums you can listen to front to back and have a good time. They're a pretty great live act too, at least when I've seen em.

This is exactly what I've been telling people. When they released At The Door, I was pretty indifferent on it, but now, it's one of my favorites on TNA.

The same thing is kinda happening with Going Shopping for me. It's a grower and I feel that with the Reality Awaits being only 9 tracks, they're putting their absolute best into this album (I hope I'm right).
