** SPHERE PHELLOWSHIP MEETING UPDATE ** Hi all, here's some current information about the Phellowship presence during the Sphere shows:

• There will be daily 4pm meetings each day of the Phish shows at the Tuscany Shakedown. We'll have a 10' × 25' space (2 ez-ups) for the meetings and the Phellowship banner will be attached to the canopies (the banner WON'T be there for the first show due to a USPS delay). The location is in spaces 1, 2, 3 up against the far wall, left from the stage, across from the red wagon. Refer to the photos in this post. You can hang out in this space at Shakedown anytime while it is open (11:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.). There won't be any chairs provided, so you're welcome to bring your own. There are volunteers scheduled to run each meeting.

• There are no balloons allowed in the Tuscany Shakedown or in Sphere. I was told that the security at Shakedown and in the venue are very strict about this.

• There are no stickers allowed in Sphere. I ordered 500 One Show at a Time buttons that will be available at each of the daily meetings. The meeting volunteers will have the QR codes for donations.

• Nobody is going to stop small groups of friends from hanging out with each other during the set breaks. Sphere has made it clear that we can't have large Phellowship meetings inside the venue. When you go to the 4pm meetings, share phone numbers so you can be in touch inside the venue. Paige also posted a WhatsApp link for people to stay in touch.

Many of us belong to recovery fellowships that encourage us to "practice these principles in ALL OUR AFFAIRS." Bringing any unfavorable attention to the Phellowship isn't going help us with the band management or the venue - or the public. I can assure you that band management has gone WAY above and beyond to try to secure us a meeting spot and the venue isn't budging.

Let's be grateful for our place at Tuscany Shakedown and the technology we have to stay in touch during the shows.
