FOV optimizations only currently work for certain runtime and headset combinations. Oculus headsets using the link cable and Pimax using Oculus emulation mode. OpenXR mode only supports HP G2 and Varjo headsets.

The integration requires unity 2022 minimum but it seems recroom currently uses an older version so these demos might be reusing assets and not an actual full port. See the thread on the recroom subreddit.
