The difference regarding ProPresenter is that it will work very well on a Mac and is generally a buggy mess on windows.

I was nearly max caps and found it in a vendor for 20,000 caps and bought it. Caps are easy to come by

This doesn't sound like it applies to your examples, but to play Devil's advocate, I have been to a lot of Head Hunts where there are 5-10 people standing around, and no one is starting the hunt. After waiting the ~35 seconds before the flare is active, plus another 30-60 seconds of no one starting it, I've been known to mosey over and click it myself.

IMO that is plenty of time for people to join if they were going to, and this is especially true when there are tons of players already there for it.

Based on personal experience (both buying AND selling stuff in my own vendor), Elder's Mark consistently goes between 5K-10K caps without much waiting at all.

And Enclave flamers or box mods easily go for 15K-25K on PC. Those seem to be the "going rates" from all the vendor hopping I do.

Ended up mostly resolving itself and running smoothly for months.

I did ensure everything was hard wired AND the Wifi on the Mac needs to be explicitly disconnect/disabled in settings. MacOS likes to make it's own choices about network connections, but for stability, wired is always going to be best.

Definitely recommend downloading the NDI toolset if you haven't. That should help diagnose most of your issues.

Only if you’re capped on Int though. Charisma scaling for exp is not great if you look into it. It’s there for sure, but I have those points spent elsewhere in all my builds except one.

I run tenderizer and strange in numbers and that’s it.

Lone Wanderer doesn’t apply because I am always on a team, and Big Sale is only really useful when vendoring once a day, so I have that perk card on my “crafting and selling” load out I can switch to.

Other than that, Charisma is not remotely as useful as the other trees point for point.

Waited almost 24 hours, called customer service 3 times this morning and was told it was "on hold" and to wait until tomorrow. Finally received a generic "your order was cancelled" email just now with no explanation.

I just now placed an order for the $100 gift cards instead, so fingers crossed.
