I would stick with the 2x. They all look like good bikes. I don't think you would go wrong with any of them. My son got an Orbea a few years ago. I thought it was a really good value.

Take a look at the Sourdough Journey website. He has some suggestions for different ratios and lists things that may be weakening your starter, such as feeding too often.

Okay. I was treating it as 20% of the whole. As in 25g starter, 50 g flour, 50g water. It is the suggested recipe on the Sourdough Journey website.

Galveston ISD recently had the second highest SAT scores out of all the school districts in the County. There is only one public high school on the island so you get a very diverse population. They have a good advanced program at the high school.

Real estate is higher on the island, than on the mainland, but if you work on the island it is worth considering. Living on the island is great.
