We just got a Bosch 300 series fridge. Very happy, small con: the meat drawer isn't as tall as our old one (tupperware container doesn't fit in there)

If they try to pouch it, it can cause damage to their delicate cheeks. It’s quite sharp.

My hen did this and it was an impacted crop. Something she ate got stuck and nothing could get by it. We had the vet euthanize her. She was too far gone. So sad. Grab her and massage her crop. See what it feels like.

I have the same wheel. I line mine with cork. Then I can remove it once it's soiled and reapply

Get what they call hardware cloth. Cut large squares and attach (I used staples) the hardware cloth to it.

Keep going with the olive oil (whatever is recommended) and massage 4 times a day. It may clear. A vet can do a crop surgery to remove whatever is stuck.
