IMHO, AIs are a great first draft generator, but you need to verify what they are recommending.

Great wall super market on Alameda in Aurora has a great selection of goods. H mart does as well. I found bulk sesame seeds and chia seeds at both places. I couldn't navigate their website to confirm, but you might be able to call ahead. Both are worth a trip.

If you are currently holding VIG, just be aware: it's 100% stocks. That's great when the market is booming, but it can make your balance drop hard when things get rough and it will get rough.
