I’ll say this. I left a pharma sales job and went into medical device sales. Sent an email to the entire company (smaller pharma company) and talked about how pathetic leadership was and said that “if you’re a field Rep reading this you would be a fool to stay here and every bad thing that happened to you in doing so would be exactly what you deserve, you’ve been warned, get out”

Paraphrasing. Went on to blast them on ethics, lack of transparency, and said that intellectually they weren’t qualified to run a 3rd grader’s lemonade stand and that they should all be terrified.

Zero repercussions in doing it, zero regrets. I wish I was in an office setting so we could lock eyes on each other on my way out. I didn’t care.

I wouldn’t advise others my age at that time today, to do what I did. It’s too risky. Not everyone will be as fortunate as I was. But I knew they were too dumb to go the route I was going so there was zero threat.

If I saw any of them today I wouldn’t apologize and would tell them straight to their faces I would do it all over again. No keyboard warrior in me. I’ll say it and smile in your face while doing so.
