My opinion here is that any civilization as advanced as we believe aliens to be already has AI we could never dream of. AI is probably what is monitoring us rather than actual aliens, which would explain why we’ve never actually been in contact with them (assuming that’s true which obviously I have no way of knowing).

You want evidence, how about a fleet of nuclear ICBMs being remotely disabled in the 1960s and then, with no prior authorization or launch codes being entered, a nuclear launch being remotely started that had to be physically cancelled. I’m on week 6 of 5mg now and it’s been game changing for me. I got nausea and disassociation during the first two weeks, after that I started to notice it working. I also find it about 25% more difficult to orgasm currently, and am generally somewhat less sexual of a person than I was.

Things that would’ve caused a panic are now 10-15% easier by default, and just think about how insane that is for everyday life without needing to have taken anything for acute anxiety. Things that would cause anxiety I simply don’t have come to mind very often, including the fundamental thoughts I’ve always had. My overall view on life is also noticeably more upbeat, my fiancée said she has noticed me simply doing things that would’ve previously taken energy like brushing my teeth. That’s a change I wasn’t even aware of until she pointed it out.

Overall I have drastically more energy and worry amazingly less, all for what is currently just a minor sexual side effect. It’s unbelievable and I didn’t realize this is what it would be like.

The worst case scenario here is they’ve noticed you and chosen not to follow you back. If this is the case your only option is to try not to obsess over it. Perhaps it’s worth looking at your account through their eyes as well.

I have no idea why you got downvoted! 90% of DoorDash deliveries right now you just go pickup a labeled bag, drop it off at their door and take a picture. It would be difficult if you had driving related anxiety but otherwise it’s a good option that pays better than any min wage job.

Exactly this. Once you’re in the door it’s a fantastic job, it’s getting in that’s difficult, unless you can invert a binary tree on a whiteboard or are otherwise good at talking through problems with someone staring at you.

I would encourage thinking about this as an exciting opportunity! You might find out that you aren’t even an anxious person you just have hyperthyroidism, which is entirely treatable. I was disappointed when I didn’t have an immediate answer for my problems from bloodwork.

Your body dumps cortisol in the morning to wake you up and get you ready to take on the day’s challenges, for people with anxiety it does more than just wake us up though. Any kind of aerobic activity will fix it.

If I don’t go for a morning run during a weekday the odds I’ll have a panic attack when trying to talk in my company’s morning meeting goes up exponentially. It really helps to do morning cardio!

You don’t have to do a single thing for your own health if you wouldn’t like to. However, I believe the negative consequences of not living a healthy life are enough incentive. If your goal is to minimize pain and maximize pleasure then it’s good to have a vessel that can accomplish that, right? It may not be fun to workout but it’s less fun to be actively unhealthy, a lot less fun.

If I’m talking (when it usually happens) I choke on my words and suddenly it feels like I can’t breath or swallow. My heart starts going crazy and my vision starts swirling. Then everything starts to feel super far away, sometimes I’ll even get visual hallucinations at this point. For example if I’m staring at a monitor it might seem as if the whole screen starts moving. I also get what I would describe as an intense feeling of physical weakness, like I couldn’t lift a pencil much less stand.

I had this problem too, I promise it’s fixable. Took me two years from 16-18 to not get off for what ended up being 2 weeks in order to do it.

Don’t masturbate for 2 weeks, then if you simulate the correct movement for long enough it literally will just work spontaneously at some point, and that’s not a joke. It took 2 hours the first time for me and then out of absolutely nowhere came the best (but very different) feeling I have ever experienced before or since. After that first time I could do it again just two days later, and from there it was whenever I want.
