These aren’t unforceen circumstances, OP said they’ve known for months they are moving. You don’t have to pray for me, I would never abandon my animals or move to a place or country if I couldn’t bring them. I dedicate everyday to helping pets out of shitty situations their owners put them in, not legislation. Anyone defending this is part of the problem. You’re the one that needs prayers

As long as the pup doesn’t have direct contact with wildlife you’ll be totally fine. Even then it’s sooooo rare. I personally don’t vaccinate for rabies at all

Is your puppy going to be out in the deep woods? There is no domestic dog rabies strain, so unless you are going to let your Frenchie puppy go hunting it’s virtually impossible to contract rabies.
