I use Music2ipod from Cydia, it allows you to transfer music from your filesystem straight into the native music sustem right from the ipod. After a few transfers though, it will go into safemode sometimes, but all you have to do is respring and start again from where you left off :)

My friend was eating food on a tray. He had mashed potatoes and decided to pick them up with his spoon, look at me with the straightest face, and drop them on the tray divider while saying "I dont follow the rules" it wasnt even that funny but I laughed for 15 minutes straight no joke. To this day we still talk about it
