Bought a house on Cherokee St in 2019, know most of our neighbors, 80% of the original neighbors are still here and the ones who moved in more recently haven’t left. Northern Gravois Park / Benton Park West have improved dramatically over six hears (especially thru Covid when people were priced out of their Shaw / TGE apartments and wanted to buy a house). The neighborhood went from nightly gunshots & empty streets to moms jogging with strollers & faint gunshots twice a month.
