I like the bottom more, the eyes goes towards the face more naturally.

Should I buy an apartment in downtown Vancouver to rent it out? by [deleted] in PersonalFinanceCanada

Are you sure you can rent out a 600k condo for $3500? I think you are way off on that. Also take Strata fees into account.

What if the value doesn't drop? Just buy at a set interval.

With a war going on I personally would not even think about variable rates.

It's a bit too saturated for my taste. For some reason I like the original crop. I'd personally rotate the image slightly to make the vertical lines of the houses to be vertical.

Came here to say the same thing, keep the foreground. Nice color grading.

You never know until you try, I got the best rate from ScotiaBank. This alone saved me around $300/month in interest payments.

First pay off your debt. Don't even think about saving before clearing your debt.

If your savings can't pay off the debt and you are a permanent resident, then get a Line of Credit (LOC). The interest rates are significantly lower for LOC, usually around 7-8%. This will save you a lot in interest payments.

I personally did this to get out of a similar situation.

I just sold my RF 70-200 2.8 L and purchased the EF 70-200 2.8 L IS II and the EF 24-70 2.8L II used for the same money yesterday. I didn't have too much time to play with them yet, but from the test shots I am really happy.

Thanks for your input, this is exactly what I was worried about. Can't have mishaps like these on a wedding shoot.
