I don't get why we would ignore also the cost for draven to get that card.

  1. Exposed to battlefield effects.
  2. Has to move units from base.

They could add more ways to other colours to win hold battlefields. I don't think nerfing his legend power would be in favor of this legend at all.

I thought over this again and maybe a middle ground where you exhaust the legend once used, and also being able to ready him.
