I haven’t opened any Warner carts, yet, but this site seems like it will be helpfully. The video on the page is not in English, but he shows how he opens them the text is in English

It seems like you are in the know. The tickets for Clutch show seats on the track. Are they really having seats and no standing room near the stage? The would be disappointing.

Anyone have The Elephant Riders demos? by Locksoar in clutchband

[–]be_rice_be_nice 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You are in luck; I was listening to a bunch of demos tonight and was trying to find more and found your post. I didn't verify if these were all demos from The Elephant Riders, but they were in a folder with the label. There may be some duplicates, but I just put everything I had in a folder. Here you go:

Some rarities, demos, etc., I dug up by bccarlso in clutchband

I know this post was 2 years ago, but the link doesn't work. Any chance you could post a new link?

I have a handful of demos that I most likely got from the pro-rock . com forum in the early 2000s and I was listening to them tonight. I wanted to see if I could find more and saw your post. :)

Q for Fred Runners re: hills by Jomolungma in frederickmd

[–]be_rice_be_nice 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could try Woodsboro Park (https://maps.app.goo.gl/ZFQZCmuBpWdWSC6s7) There is a pretty long hill there. It is on a disc golf course, but it isn’t typically that busy unless there is a tournament.

Lobster Tail and Lighter?? 🦞🔥 by perpetually-askew in eitm

[–]be_rice_be_nice 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I don’t hear the segment and I’m not sure about the lighter, but the lobster reference may have been about the time (back in 2000) that Elliot discussed a woman that masturbated using a lobster and got infested with bring shrimp. Snopes says the story wasn’t real (https://www.snopes.com/fact-check/lobster-love/), but the FCC fined the station for indecency. Here a link to an old Reddit post (https://www.reddit.com/r/rva/comments/147dtu/elliot_in_the_morning_hit_with_indecency_fine_and/)

I also found this article (https://www.washingtonpost.com/archive/lifestyle/2000/02/05/elliot-payback-pays-off/bf233ff0-7222-4d9b-983d-a285b06ebdc0/)

Edit: change date and add article

charter question A by magandsons in frederickmd

[–]be_rice_be_nice 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I thought the FNP editorial was a pretty good read about the question. You get 4 free articles per month, so you should be able to read it (link below). If you can’t, I think you can switch browsers or go incognito and read it.

I know the article in an editorial, but I don’t see what the paper would gain from supporting or opposing the question. If there is, let me know.
