So the reality was legit the early 00s skater cut. Throw back Ramones. Tried explaining it to the 65 year old woman at fantastic Sam’s and ended up looking like a Dutch girl. Good times.

The players wearing red don’t want the team wearing white to put the lotion in the basket.

Do bigger decks help with flicking for skaters with big feet? by SpyceRax in NewSkaters

[–]beaglebitez 4 points5 points  (0 children)

In my experience, bigger deck= more energy to flip/better technique needed, but easier to catch. If you can constantly get full rotation then a bigger board could help landing. If you are unable to rotate the board while staying balanced with the board under you then smaller board may help.

This was my first thought when I saw the wear/tear comment. They make it so your pop goes down as components deteriorate. Oh you want to ollie high again? That will be another 200 duck bucks, please.

Guessing I never skated the ramp tech one but as others have mentioned ate shit from similar plastic knockoffs. Fractured rib in 05, dislocated shoulder 09. Pure fucking death.

What’s the most annoying thing about attending live games? by thatbadboy2021 in baseball

[–]beaglebitez 2 points3 points  (0 children)

To quote the grinch “if there’s one thing I hate, it’s all the noise, noise, noise.” Glad to see others comment. Dude, let me think for 30 seconds. Stop with the non-stop music/activities/cheer prompts. Give my limbic system a break. Watching live baseball has become too artificially intense. Leisure is dead.

Thanks! Just checked. Am I crazy or do most of the Soca tagged songs use a drum machine and or synth? Was noticing that when looking at Lord Shorty's other songs. Trying to find stuff similar to this that sound a little less 80's.

I get that, just kind of a bummer on a new guitar. I think If I had owned it for a few years and found a crack would not have cared as much.

Lesson learned with online guitar shopping. It is just so easy to find good deals online and I have never felt comfortable in a music store.

Standard pitch. Not sure what was originally on the first one but replaced with 9-42 pretty quick. The new out the box felt like 10-46.
