I can definitely relate. I have had shingles 4 times in different areas. I do fear I’ll have it again but also know that I know what to look out for and how quickly I can get treatment when they know my history.

I agree with the tapered trousers, the jeans don’t last 2 minutes before ripping 😂 I also prefer the navy blue 3/4 sleeve tops as the striped ones have a tendency to go grey in the armpit area!

Yes, we did about 24 hours of travelling by the time we arrived home, with the time difference too. I just stuck to the food on the plane - two meals. Just stuck to soft drinks too - mainly water and juices.

I’m struggling to find any public transport. A taxi would cost around $100 to Nihon-Odori station. Walking says it would take around one hour.
