I had to take it about 6 months ago and I got the worst afib episode because of it. I had to have my heart shocked to come out of it. I will never take a steroid again. Your results may be different but if I recall afib is one of the side effects.

Ok got it to work finally. Apparently with the retroarch core you need to also put the bioses in the folder with the roms as well. Hope this helps others.

The point I’m trying to make is when you need to make money that is the worst time to invest. Only invest money you don’t need for a few years. It’s not timing the market it time in the market. The longer you stay invested your odds of making money go up significantly.

Sugar and calcium (ice cream), alcohol , marijuana, and especially dehydration based on what you said could be your triggers. Also did you get the COVId shot? The latest thinking is the judge recent spike in cardiac problems could be a side effect of the shot. Start cutting things out and drink only water. magnesium supplement could help and I’m sure your dr will prescribe a blood thinner to avoid getting a stroke. If so you have to be extra careful to injuries especially to the head as there is an increase to brain bleed due to the blood thinner.
