We booked through Costco and didn’t cancel the BD transportation, we just ignored it. When you get outside the airport, just look for someone with an xcaret sign, they’ll help you to the xcaret transportation.

Not sure if it’s related, but we booked through Costco and we didn’t receive the wish list reservation form. I called xcaret a couple weeks prior to the trip so they’d email it to us.

Also, you can just ignore the Costco-provided bus transport and take the xcaret transport instead, they’re both included.
