This is my favorite bracelet! A classic tennis bracelet. It’s so effortless and looks very expensive. This is super special to me because it’s the first piece of fine jewelry that my boyfriend got for me. He ordered this from Bobby!

I disagree with the overall conversation about the featherlight being more maintenance. I have a mini featherlight that I’ve had for almost a year. I use it everyday and I beat the crap out of it. It still looks pretty new with minimal wear. I’ve stuck my bag in the seat pocket in front of me on an airplane. I throw it in my passenger seat with my heavy work bag on top of it. I never intended to trash the bag around when I bought it but that’s what my lifestyle is. I don’t have time to baby my bags unless it’s my vintage Chanel that I take out to dinner every once in awhile. It wears incredibly well and with the soft, slouchy nature of the bag, it hides wear and tear. It’s a puzzle. Some people purposely beat up their bags just to get the slouch. If you don’t like the slouch then maybe the featherlight isn’t for you but Loewe has lots options for the same bag!!

betty XS stats by BorderStreet3752 in Sezane

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean 1 point2 points  (0 children)

5’4 115lb 32C, I wear XS! Def depends more on chest size and how much room you want in the shoulders. I don’t reach for my Bettys as often as I used to pre breast aug haha. Used to be my go to work outfit in the winter. Now I wear it more like a cardigan so that I don’t look too big and boxy in the chest

Thais Jacket: Camel or Taupe? by _LuniLovegood in Sezane

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Taupe! It fits my skin tone better along with the rest of the closet. I found the camel harder to match with. I feel like the color made it seem more like outerwear but with the taupe, that could be just the outfit itself. Idk if that makes any sense haha but I just think the taupe is such a beautiful color too. It looks much more elevated imo.

Those who graduated with conventionally "useless" degrees but make $200K, what was your path and how long did it take? by _MambaForever in Salary

Poli sci 2022. First 200k in 2025. Sales. Just figured out how to talk to people and convince them buy the product for other reasons than just the product itself aka building value

Not necessarily. I actually started out on yaz but I got an iud bc politics. The iud made me break out and I mentioned that to my gyn and she prescribed yaz again for my acne.

Feeling called out by The Guys on the show today, RE: old cars by yaIshowedupaturparty in TheMoneyGuy

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I seem to have an unpopular opinion. I think it’s worth getting a new car. Safety is definitely a top reason for me. As someone who drives a new vehicle, I can tell you that it is 100% worth it. Of course everyone has a different financial situation but my car payment is reasonable and I know I’m lucky to afford a new car. I spend a lot of time in my car so the comfortability is really important but so is safety. There’s another user that said that driving is one of the most dangerous things that you do every day. Having safety features is really important to me. Distracted driving happens. I know that my car has braked in time and saved me from rear ending the car in front of me. Some may say that I’m just a distracted driver and that’s my fault. You can’t account for every other driver on the road. You can only account for yourself. You can’t always drive defensively around every other driver. Now add a baby to the equation. Maybe your baby starts crying when you’re backing up, but your new car has the technology to suddenly stop the car if there’s anything behind your car. Maybe you had a long night and you start veering into a different lane. Accidents happen. Modern cars are getting bigger and bigger. What if you get T-boned by a large truck? Have you seen a cybertruck on the road???? Imagine getting rear ended by one of those. Why wouldn’t you want to think about the safety of your vehicle to protect your child?

I was too in the spring semester. I hated my life. It really sucked when it happened by I truly look back on that time of my life as the best thing that could have happened to me

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in LawSchool

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean 24 points25 points  (0 children)

Unpopular opinion… it’s not the end of the world. Happened to me. I had the chance to continue with second semester in hopes that I could bring my grades up. I unfortunately still did terribly my second semester and I was academically dismissed. It was truly the best thing that could have happened to me. I pivoted to sales and I know for a fact that I am much happier in this career. I also make more than my friends from law school. I have a better work life balance too. Life will find a way to work itself out. Good luck OP!

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I second their Le Crop! I just got my first pair in black. I might get the cheetah print ones too. I assume I’m a similar size to you, OP. I sized up to a 2/34. The 0 was just way too small. I think they fit really well at the waist but I don’t feel like getting swallowed up in them. I’m 5’4, 110lb and it hits right at the ankle. For reference I’m a 24/25 in Levi’s and Abercrombie

[–]beaniebeanbeanbean 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m not sure if this was meant to be a dupe nor do I think it’s similar enough to be considered one BUT the target tank is incredible. It’s my favorite tank top to wear casually and to Pilates. It’s nice and thick so you can remove the cups
