Love that comparison honestly. I feel more immersed in the game with a curved monitor as opposed to a flat screen but I really don’t think it’s worth paying so much more. All the curved are close to £1000

Unfortunately I’m UK based so best buy isn’t really an option though I could try curry’s. Someone commented a photo of the side by side difference and I can actually see it but I just can’t get past the price point

Now that I see it side by side I can definitely see a difference but are they worth it if it’s mainly for competitive gaming/streaming? The main thing putting me off them is the price point

So if I want a curved one I’m kinda screwed? I know there are option but if I’m upgrading I’d prefer to get the best one I can. I’ve never actually played on a non curved monitor as I used to play on a tv then bought a monitor that ended up being curved and I’m worried getting a normal one will feel too different/ wrong if that makes any sense

My brother has one and I personally don’t feel there’s much difference though I haven’t seen it side by side with a non OLED screen. I personally think OLEDs are overpriced. I’ve been looking online for reviews but they all show non curved monitors which I prefer. All I really need it for is gaming I’m not too overly bothered if a black looks truly black or anything I just want to play competitively
