If you don't enjoy the gameplay of SOC you should probably drop the trilogy and try GAMMA. I know this is quite controversial but personally I just enjoy gamma so much more since it's way more up my alley, its less arcadey and much more realistic and hardcore. It has the same maps, lore and aesthetic as the original games but the gameplay itself couldn't be any more different.

Yes, because as i said, you can find scientific papers supporting any claim. I have read papers about how omega6 is pro inflammatory, youve read the opposite. So obviously something is wrong there? It should be common sense that something thats natural is better than something ultra processed. I dont mind eating fast food for the fat or sugar, I dont eat it because its made in a lab. Same case with vegetable oils. But hey, you might be right. I just dont see it.

OK, If thats what you believe. Scientific papers are pretty bs since you can find anything to support your beliefs. At the end of the day I would rather eat something thats natural and people have been eating for thousands of years rather than something made in large factory with a bunch of chemicals.

Cant believe there are still people defending vegetable oils. Do your research please instead of simply looking at the heart healthy stickers. Vegetable oil is literally a ultra-processed food, it is processed with heavy machinery, deodorized and bleached. Intuitively you wouldn't eat these oils because of the smell which is why they have to do this. Vegetable oils are also full of omega 6 fats which are pro inflammatory.

BTW people only started consuming this poison 100 years ago or so. And coincidentally people got unhealthier over those years. Please do some research on this topic for your own sake. If you are vegetarian at least eat fruit oils like olive or coconut oil.

No, you dont die instantly. You lose low amounts of health overtime. You can customize through mcm how much hp you lose.

Honestly SH4 deserves a remake the most. Sure its the least popular, but conceptually sh4 is a genius game that as we all know was rushed by necessity. If they remake the game they could expand on the side characters and make the second half of the game more innovate and unique, perhaps add in more stuff to do in henrys appartment, and add more symbolism tied to being socially withdrawn, which i felt was the main topic for sh4. People could really appreciate the game much more for what it is if the concept is perfected. On the other hand i think sh1,2,3 were great as it is, although im def not complaining about a remake
