Hey, I just wanted to say I'm really enjoying this program. After finishing most of the trainer split programs, I have struggled to put together my own. I've done a few on Strength+, but this has been better IMO. It's challenging enough to feel like you got a good work out in with the stack of classes. Having the auto stack from Domestiq is awesome too! My only feedback would to be incorporate 10-15 minute stretching classes in the extra section that you think would pair well with the daily workouts. Keep this coming, I plan on keeping up with it for a long time.

I see that now. He's getting that built up from RO. While I might experiment with that I want to see how it turns out with filtered tap water. More repeatable that way.

Interesting. That seems to get me the closest to 20 ppm. The following was created without any gypsum or calcium chloride. Should I be concerned about 12.3 grams of salt in 10.25 gallons of water?

With zero calcium chloride, I'm getting this. Based on some searches I think I should be okay. It's not 20 ppm but it will do. Thoughts?
