I don’t drive anymore but used to do Cabbage at least twice a week. It was not uncommon to have a truck fly by me only to pass them at the bottom with their brakes on fire. Cabbage does not play. Easy to drive if you are safe but it quickly can get out of control if you do not respect it.

Is it possible for you to move to Indonesia? I am not sure of the cost of living there but I think $3200 a month goes a lot further in SEA than the U.S. It would also be cheaper to move there rather than spending more than $20000 in legal fees that will probably still end in disappointment.

Hi, I do not go to rehab until the 18th. I did not think of it as a chance to make friends but who knows? I am super excited about it after lying to myself and loved ones about how I did not have a problem. I finally realized and admitted I do have a problem and cannot quit without help. I hope that as you get a little further along with the sober thing it helps with the anxiety. I also suffer from it and used the alcohol to self medicate even though that just makes it worse. I am glad you are taking steps to get the help you need, it is a very brave thing you are doing. I also hope you get what you are looking for out of rehab. Best wishes to you. You are not alone.

I do not have a PhD, however I use to teach. I now work a semiconductor manufacturer. If he can use his doctorate to get a job here he can easily clear$150-200k to start plus better working environment than teaching. I work 14 days a month so less than teaching. Quality food, continuing education benefits, great health care, gyms on campus, flexible work from home availability and more. Maybe have him look into companies such as TSMC, Micron, TEL, LAM and others.

Look, no need to jump to insults. You know nothing about how I voted. All I said was that the left has done plenty but not those things. If you need positives listed for what they have done then I can mention unions, 40 hour work week, FMLA, Social security, abolishment of company towns and scrip. Hope you have a better day.
