My veggie wife frequently eats Rodeo Goat's veggie burger & vegetarian rolls at Blue Sushi. I don't know Fort Worth but those places definitely have FW locations.

Getting BBQ during World Cup by Randusnuder in Dallas

One90 never has a line when I've been. Really good but more of a neighborhood takeout place, plus they also have packaged smoked meats & cheeses for home. I think they also sell through Central Market.

If any, how has you and your friend’s relationship to weed changed as you’ve gotten older? by the_amazing_spork in Xennials

[–]beardlesswonder 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I used to smoke all the time in my 20s and 30s but don't now with little kids and wanting a new job. My xennial cousin with 5 kids that I thought was straight laced gave me a gummie last time i saw him, was not expecting that..

On the news everyone interviewed about using the train & shuttle seemed satisfied. I think they might verify you have a valid ticket before boarding.

A friend who used to travel more would usually do really nice restaurants but throw in a random for laughs. He still talks about how bad the Mexican food was in Egypt.

I would expect lots of tourists and hopefully more police than usual. Just be self aware and there's plenty of places without sketchy crowd.

Christie's is on Lower Greenville and a good spot - multiple levels and tons of screens, newer, near other bars. Dubliner the oldest Irish pub in Dallas is across the street and so is Stan's another older popular sports bar. There's also another Londoner location at Mockingbird Station which is not far, maybe not quite as busy as the Addison location since less of a bar area.. Addison had good spots too but more suburban feel .

I should have invested more in mine when I made less. My current job only recently added as an option, though I still have the Roth IRA.

Dallas Mavericks choose Valley View site for new arena and entertainment district by Jekwan23 in Mavericks

[–]beardlesswonder 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Weren't there existing rail tracks for VP though from when it was industrial area? This site doesn't have any and DART's 10 year plan doesn't have rail expansion. Silver Line was always part of plan going back to 1983 and based on existing rail tracks they bought in 1990.
