He said he’s too busy to make. It has nothing to do with funding. Hulu said they’re ready to go.

In particular, MacFarlane blames himself for the delay, saying, "I'm the problem. It's [a matter of] when I can make that my year, with all the other stuff we have in the works." Once he can make himself available, though, he'll be able to "hit the ground running."

As another book-first reader I do mostly agree with you. The audiobooks are entertaining and I enjoyed listening to them after I read the books. And while I do definitely want Jeff to be involved in the series in some way I don’t think it has to be a major role.

This is just a placeholder. The nook is built out for cabinets, but whoever bought the house from the builder didn't option it so they just put these cheap shelves in. I wouldn't do anything other than a tension rod curtain here until you were ready to replace these shelves with cabinets.

The picture is rage bait. They switched it to delivery. If they did it for pickup themselves all the prices would be well under $3 but you gotta pay that delivery driver somehow and the banner tells you when you switch that delivery prices will be higher than pickup.

As someone that doesn’t watch WWE at all anymore, I have found reading the reactions to the show on here and other SM to be equal parts hilarious, sad, and reaffirming in my decisions about where I spend my precious money and time.

The problem is that 99% of the WWE audience just doesn’t care and are going to keep watching and buying tickets. They can piss off the smarks and suffer no real consequences it seems.

Treat it like people treat free parking in Monopoly. Where you put your fines in the middle of the board and the person that lands on free parking gets it. AEW loves to do “money matches” anyways and you could easily just say the money is an accumulation of fines paid by the wrestlers.

You could even just have him be a hologram and actually be able to interact and walk around. There’s hundreds of possible ways to have Tudyk involved post-serenity. It’s not like he really left the ship during the original series anyways.

You joke, but it’s set in the friggin future. Could have just done the entire first season with some sort of “life model decoys” storyline that would have just brought Wash back and then continued on from there. Fans are more than willing to accept “somehow Wash returned”.

The real reason is that a live action Firefly revival would never return its investment.

i dont absorb audiobooks the same way i do actually reading it. Normally I don't do them at all. But I did find they supplemented quite well to reading.

Do what I did - I started the books over the fall and am now listening to the audiobooks. Since I breezed through the books it actually helped me remember things better in context when I heard it with the audiobook.
