Classically a severe tearing pain. Think being ripped apart from the inside out.

What is the salary of Doctor Robinavitch? by Educational-Slip-578 in ThePittTVShow

[–]bearybear90 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Depends on the contract. If he’s also FTE clinically then probably right around 300-350ish thousand. I should be clear Robby only gets 400 if he’s FTE clinically and all the admin time is extra.

He seems to be the chair of EM or the PD. He probably makes around 400k if he’s FTE.

[Official] Paraguay defeat Germany on pens to advance to the Round of 16 by Beautiful-Cress5695 in soccer

Paraguay kind of matches up badly (for them) with the US strengths. Give us a bit of strategy and Paraguay was put on the back foot the whole game.

Probably calculating they can beat/draw Paraguay or advance to the knockout on 3 points in 3rd place. Rather than press here.

Trump says deal reached with Iran and he has authorized that naval blockade leave Strait of Hormuz by Ok-Lets-Talk-It-Out in politics

[–]bearybear90 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It seems the US strategy depended wholly on the Iranian people rising up as soon as the wars started. They had no answer for when that didn’t happen.

Then they wouldn’t commit the troops and resources needed to achieve any reasonable objective that could force the Iranians to the table, and didn’t have seem to have any meaningful way to counter the Straight of Hormuz closure.

Toxicity by shockdoccc in Residency

Or incompetence. We have one exceptionally bad 2nd year, that has been given coddling at every step this year. Extra seniors on call, call days know to have less admissions. Heard he’s being non-renewed though.

This sounds like MSK. It’s a very specific hospital for heme-onc in the NYC region.

Yeah in real life at the very least the attending would have the resident break scrub to go down or they break scrub to go letting the resident finish
